That's the slogan of  National President Rob Davidson's "Dream Team" of District Presidents serving for the '07-'08 year. How to do such was the topic of my acceptance at the District Convention. This is the opportune time for membership in the National Exchange Club. Drawing from three generations of people here in America, we have one generation nicknamed the "greatest generation" that worked out of a depression, fought a world war, and raised the next generation in one of the financially most successful periods that our history has ever experienced.

The next generation is one that treasures personal freedoms to the extent that many don't want to be made to do anything, but willing give endless from the heart.  Finally, the newest generation strives in their life to do more than expected, working 50-60 hours in scheduled 40 hour a week jobs, accomplishing the unbelievable like our ACE and Student of the year recipients. Exchange is the national service organization that appeals to all three generations needs, furnishing projects of service as the greatest generation is used to performing, not requiring attendance like many organizations but allowing the next generation to do projects because they want to, not because they have to, and affording the opportunity of  going  beyond what is expected as our youngest adult generation exemplifies.

So join with me this year as we live in the greatest nation that will set the example for the other nations in the world, as members of the national organization that sets the example for this county, and as members of this District that will set the example for Exchange by doing projects for service to the community, for youth, and the prevention of child abuse, because there is nothing that exemplifies Americanism more than doing these things, not because we have to but because we want to!!
